The photos will do the talking, but Cartagena was hot and the fish was good. The video above is the mariachi surprise that the groom had organised for the night before the wedding.
As for the wedding, I didn’t take many photos because the bride and groom faced the backs of too many telephones throughout the day (everyone was taking photos). I also won’t write too much about the details, but the food was good (ceviche tasting cups) and all the guys wore guayabera wedding shirts. Otherwise, it was what you’d expect of a beach wedding: romantic, beautiful, sandy.
The highlight was “La Hora Loca”, a high-energy, high-volume hour of intense dancing, party poppers, professional dancers/motivators, streamers, cheering, alcohol and a lot of laughing.
